Why it exists

Roofers, agents and homeowners all start a property conversation the same way: with a guess. ApexScan replaces the guess with a first look from public records, in minutes, for the price of a lunch.

What we hold ourselves to

We do not publish an accuracy percentage we have not measured. We do not show a roof drawing the height data does not support. When a lookup fails the report leaves the fact out, and a blank on the infrastructure map is never worded as a clearance.

Where it stops

Reports are estimates for planning. They do not replace a site visit, a survey or a quote, and coverage is Texas today.
